1. Returns
- Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as opened skincare products, perishable goods, and custom orders are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@theclinqpharma.com.
4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@theclinqpharma.com.
